...or maybe not
Okay, so George Mason didn't win. They got smacked up by Florida who was just passing through on their way to winning the National Championship.
But hey, if you're gonna go out, might as well go out to the guys who win it all. Might as well say "we got beat, but we got beat by the best team in the nation. The champs."
In the end, George Mason gave us something to believe in. After all, isn't that draw of sports? Religion, politics, and sports are all venues which allow us to develop and express our beliefs, show our character, and exhibit deep faith. Of course I would put religion in the first tier of importance, politics in the second tier, and sports in the third. For others it may be different. Whatever your personal order is, it sure feels good to believe in something.
