It's been just over a year since it was reported the FAA managers destroyed the tapes that air traffic controllers made on September 11, 2001.

Funny how this story just got kind of swept under the rug.

Doesn't anyone think that the information on those tapes would have been extremely important?

Why hasn't anyone been held accountable?
