Look, this isn't Islam- at least not the Islam I'm familiar with.
I'm really tired of misrepresentations of this beautiful way of life from all sides.
Killing innocents is not Islam. Not allowing women to make their own decisions is not Islam.
And just because every Muslim from San Franciso to Jakarta doesn't flood the media with condemnation over the actions of "Islamic" lunatics doesn't mean they endorse it- especially when those same lunatics are also killing Muslims.
Lot of countries and cultures have their own way of doing things which are perceived as "Islam." Just because Saudi Arabia doesn't allow women to drive doesn't mean all Muslims believe that- even if Saudi Arabia says it is an Islamic law.
Just as the United States cannot and does not represent the Christian world, one particular nation of group of people do not represent Islam.
